When will my order ship? TOP
Ship times depend on the item(s) ordered. All custom designed items including custom printed names and date or colors will take up to 3-4 weeks to ship.
We do our best to ship all other orders within 72 hours of order placement. In the case of a backorder, you will be contact within this time frame via email with the choice to either wait or cancel your order.
If you need to place a RUSH order, please contact us directly by phone at 810-625-4614 to speak with a representative. What method of shipping do you use? TOP We use whatever method is quickest for the price quoted. Most orders ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days). However, if you would like to upgrade your shipping to UPS please contact us at 810.625.4614 Monday-Fri 9-5 EST. Does my purchase qualify for free shipping? TOP FREE SHIPPING is available for any purchases totals over $150, not including shipping charges. Once you purchase this amount of products the cart will automatically update to free shipping. What is your return policy? TOP

All returns must be made within 10 days of delivery. No returns will be accepted after this time.
Prior to sending your return, please contact us for a return form to include with your package.
Postage paid is not refundable.
* Garter Purchases from The Perfect Garter are non-refundable. All Sales are Final. Will the label color on my guestbook match my ribbon choice? TOP Yes! All accent colors are also changed to coordinate with your ribbon color choices. If you would like to see examples of the colors, please see our "ribbon color" link on the home page. Do I have to pay sales tax? TOP
SALES TAX: 6% Michigan sales tax is added for items purchased within MI, OH and IN, IL. You will see the tax added during checkout. Do you offer Wholesale? TOP Yes, but only on Special Occasion Design Original items. Please see the "wholesale" link to submit a request to join. Can I get a fabric sample? TOP
SAMPLES: Samples are available of fabrics, ribbons and favor boxes. Please contact us using the form in the contact section for fabric, ribbon color samples. You will need to included the color and fabric choice along with a mailing address.
